Holy SHIT! witches??!!!
hey guys,
new snapshot out and, well, WITCHES????!!!!
i don't know, am i supposed to like them? or am i supposed to rant about them being awful?
i just don't know. what i do know is, minecraft sure is no Alfa anymore :(
beta was okay until 1.7, then it all changed.........BUT. meh, it is what it is, millions of people have bought it, many people make livings from running popular servers from it, so congrats Mojang, but Notch is still only paying everyone else salary, while he takes his millions off to his bank account.
Any guys, just an update, we are still trying to get the MC server like no other started, if you want to help, SMASH THE BUTTON ON THE SIDE OF THE SCREEN!!! any amount will help.
anyway guys, we have grown huge since last time ive posted, lets keep going, thanks,

1.3.1 is out..........DUNDUN!!!!!
heyyyyyyyyyy,
so 1.3.1 (why the last 1, IDK) is out and it is alright.
so i guess we start with the bad? here we go
its hard to place my logs strait if im in a 2 block high building huh?
i reallyyyyyyyy dislike the 'different planks make different stuff now,
that makes me mad, what it i have 5 oak planks and 1 normal plank and i want to make some stairs?
well it wont happen will it.
on the other hand, i know many people think that the XP from mining is way OP, which it is, but since when did that stop us?? i don't mind getting 10 XP levels from mining one vein of coal. its better than none!
Here is my OP cycle for the new XP from ores, this is what could happen:
1. player mines
2. player has level 30 XP
3. player enchants a high leveled fortune pick, with silktouch
4. player goes mining get 4 coal ore for each one he mines
5. he places the coal ore and does the same
6. he repeats until his pick breaks.
7. he now has lvl 400 XP

REVENGE!!!! they built that city with rock and roll, but we took it down with DUBSTEP!!!
Hey guys
We have been playing on a server for a while,
but, as always, the admins are dicks, they make everyone give them a diamond every hour, this isn't a big issue for me and my friends because we decided we would just use NODUS client. so we have stacks of diamonds on us at all times. since the owner doesn't ban anyone for more than 2 weeks we have decided tonight we will go for a MEGA GRIEF of the server, but don't get me wrong, we are not going after normal players houses, infact, they will favour from what we are going to do. we are going to take down the ENTIRE admin village, the village is HUGE and so we have got around 20 people who are going to help us. what are we doing with the loot? how about we ruin there economy by giving it all out at spawn. we will just SPEW diamonds and gold at people and make everyone on the server RICH AS HELL, we think this will be good because all staff of the server are complete and utter idiots so this will be funny as hell. Oh, their village is built at world height, but fall damage is disabled. it is also a public warp so i think when people warp there they will be a bit confused.
anyway guys, just thought i would share this with you, we will probably start in about two hours, i will give you an update within a week, thanks guys

New Snapshot + bukkit issues
Hey,
I've been having a look at the new snapshot.
it looks pretty cool with the 'Help Checs' thing, because i always hated having to make a wooden pickaxe, use it to get three pieces of cobble, throw it away, well that wasted five minutes of my life. I just think this will be a good idea. I think adding vannila SPC is a good and bad idea, its bad because i will be soooo tempted to switch to creative if i can't find an item i need when i'm playing survival. but its also really good, because it will be amazing for giant redstone machines or single player machinimas because you can build the machine/set in creative and then use it in survival, also time sets will just be AMAZING!!
i hope they can't fix creepers not doing full damage, because that would just be cool,
yes, i'm terrified of creepers, they scare the crap out of me!
On another note, since i'm in the middle of getting a server public, i have found out the horrible problems with the vary in update times for BUKKIT, since Bukkit is working with Mojang, i would of thought they would of been able to get them out around the same few hours. I even emailed Notch about this, i know i was that annoyed.

'Theres Something For Everyone'
This is because we, as said, have something for everyone. The server is not yet
public because we are still saving funds, as it is SOOO expensive to get hosting for
a 200 slot server, it is about $150 a month!
So, to help get the funds to get the server up for a few months,
we have made a project funding page on IndieGoGo, this is a site were, if you have a project, and you need funds, you just post it on the site with a goal amount and an ending date.

Been so busy i've forgot to post for like 6 months!!!
i'm sorry. but it does means i have HEAPS to post about!
the main reason is that assignments have taken over so i've been spending all my time on them, COUGH, COUGH. Well.... maybe not ALL my time. The real reason is i stopped posting once christmas/summer holidays started, i get 8 weeks!!!! because here in Australia its summer and christmas at the same time! I was really bored though, if only i remembered to start posting again sooned, sorry.
Anyway, i'll get writing some updates soon, hopefully i'll remember to keep posting!
Oh! i also learned some basic HTML so yea,

1.0 is finally out. few things, the NPCs are really annoying. they don't trade, they don't drop stuff and don't fight back. ender dragon is pretty cool. killed him the other day, i failed because i followed him with a sword. i didn't realise i had a bow!!!! the credits were really annoying as well. anyway, i will talk more later.

Beta1.8 Is Finally Out!!!
Yay! The wait is over. Beta 1.8 is finally out. We have all been waiting so long for this major update, but its here. Lets start with the Endermen. Gosh, Endermen are scary, maybe not as scary as first thought, but still pretty scary. I think they will end up like Creepers, at first everyone was scared of the Creepers, but now no one really cares about getting blown up, it's just something you get used to. There is a little bug with them though, not that it's bad, but i picked up that every now and then, when you stare at an Enderman they just ignore you, it's rare, but it does happen.
Now lets talk about the new code for world generating. The new world generater is pretty extreme with ravines from ground level to bedrock. These ravines are full of ores, including diamond and gold ore. But there are dangers. Like silverfish attacks, Lava and strong water currents. There are also NPC villages (will be populated in BETA 1.9). basically these are little farming towns generating into the game. There are abandoned mineshafts, which hold a new mob called a cave spider. These are a smaller version of regular spiders, but they are blue and poison you if you get too close. The cave spider dungeons are everywhere in the mines, they also hold a natural source of cobwebs.
They have also added new biomes. These are; swamp, rainforest and extreme mountian. In swamp biomes you will find a new item, this is vines. You can collect vines by using shears on them. you can walk through them and they have no purpose.
Another new map generated building is the new strongholds. At the moment there are three generated into each map, you will find them deep underground. In 1.9 they will be inhabited by bosses, therefore there will be some sort of reward if you kill them.
Onto another animal, pigs now have snouts. I don't really like their new look, but i can live with it.
You now need to charge bows. Fully charged they can fire really far. The animation is pretty cool, They have also added a new effect with the arrows were a dust path follows the arrow until it hits its target.

MineCraft blog! Creepers and Drowning Traps
hey guys! This blogging thing is new to me so be patient, they will get better..... i hope!
well i'm coolstuffMC, a minecraft fanatic, youtuber and now, a blogger! so today i'll talk a bit about a green guy we all know and love, NOT! of course i'm talking about Creepers. Creepers annoy the crap out of me, as i'm sure they do the same to you too. for you who don't know what a Creeper is, a Creeper is a green monster in minecraft that stalks you and then it goes a little like this:
Creeper: thatsssssssssss a nice everything you got there!
You: Thank you
Creeper: ssssssshame if sssssomething wasssss to happen to it.
You: yep
Creeper: sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
You: are you ok
Creeper: BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so i hope that cleared things up for you guys. anyway back to my story, the other day i was on one of my servers that is used for giant buildings and stuff like that. I'm realy happy because i built a massive creeper. as i'm dancing around so proud of myself, someone was spawning hundreds of real creepers into the inside of it. so then the guy says to me "come look at this i built you a secret entrance into the creeper." it looked real so i went in, sure enough there was a little secret room, i said thanks then he left. Suddenly i here a hissing noise to find that loads of creepers were walking into the same room. well, i think we know what happened next, BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! once i respawned and got back to were the statue used to be, there was a giant crater in the ground, which i had to fix up! so, yes thats one of the reasons i hate creepers.
Onto the next of my planned deaths, this time i was playing survival island multiplayer with some friends. we were doing well, but then i logged off for dinner. when i came back everyone was spawning items and building random things. someone had built a 'water slide' since i am the master at drowning traps i inspected it and it looked fine! she , the owner of this machine, asked me to try it, so i did. sure enough i was drowned. drowning wasn't the problem, the problem was that i ruined my reputation of being the master of drowner traps. this is because five minutes before this happened it was labeled 'garbage bin, do not enter!' so i should of known.
